Item Exchanges and Returns

1. Any order placed through Books Market   can be freely resolved under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February. For this, the buyer must return his order within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order, contacting our customer service through the area C onctatos, available in the "Client Area".

The Customer must not, under any circumstances, send the items to our facilities without having made a prior contact, as they will not be received.

Any return sent with postage payable or cash on delivery will not be accepted, and the buyer will bear the full cost of returning the goods. In case a return is accepted due to an item defect, Books Market undertakes to refund the buyer the amount paid for postage within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return.

Returned products must be in conditions of sale, that is, in the same condition as they arrived in the buyer's hands, without any anomaly or damage.

In case of exchange of products and if the new order has a value higher than the initial value of the previous one, the Customer will have to pay the difference, using one of the available payment methods.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is less than the initial value of the order, or in case of return, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer.

Products sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.
